Yesterday, Pastor Jason shared about the need for teamwork in the church. I believe in Tsunami, there is a need for teamwork as well.
'The strength of the team is each individual member... the strength of each member is the team.' Phil Jackson
Let's remember some principles about teamwork and learn to apply it in Tsunami.
1. DiversityI think it's good that in Tsunami, we have people from different backgrounds with different personalities. This allows us to use each others' strength to achieve a common purpose - to glorify God.
2. UnityIn spite of our differences, we must remember to be united for the glory of God.
3. ResponsibilityLet's all take responsibility for the success of Tsunami and let's chip in to help and serve in any way possible.
4. GenerosityBe willing to give more than you are required to. Be willing to share the burdens with one another.
5. IntensityWe need to give our best in all we do. Don't do anything with a half-hearted attitude, but give your best.
6. HumilityLet's be humble and learn from each other.
7. ProximityStart serving wherever God has placed you.
